About this policy

How configuration changes are controlled

  • Schema-validated before it takes effect. A policy that fails validation is rejected at the door; the active version is never half-applied.
  • Tenant-aware. Thresholds, weights and survivorship are scoped to a tenant, so one payer's risk appetite never leaks into another's.
  • Changed without redeploying code. Governance owners tune the policy here; the pipeline reads the active version on its next run.
  • Every change is an audit entry. Who changed what, from which version, hash-chained with every decision the policy later produced.
